Care for your pans!
Due to the excellent heat conductivity of your pan it may be necessary to use a lower temperature setting than you have used with other pans. The low to medium heat setting on your stove will be suitable for the best pan performance. Preheat the pan at the setting you will use for the cooking process. This will ensure that the food will begin cooking at the proper temperature once it is placed in the pan. It is recommended to avoid the use of aerosol cooking sprays.
